Ethan Dowling is a Training Specialist for the Global Integrated Operations Center at NTT Data, Inc whose focus is on development and maintenance of the Academy Model. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Education Technology and Instructional Design at Western Governors University. Having started his journey with NTT on the help desk eleven years ago, he is an enthusiastic supporter of helping other employees to achieve their career goals.
