About Our Workshop Leaders:

Guy Charrette has 20 years of experience in IT leadership, most of which have been spent leading Service Desks in the retail, banking and automotive fields. Guy holds the following certifications:  HDI Help Desk Manager, ITIL Foundations V4, STI Field Support Technician and STI Knowledge Management. He is currently leading the IT Service Desk at Volkswagen Group of America.

Brandon Sails- Walker is an exceptional Operations Director with leadership experience of up to 100 team members. Proven mentor and coach, with innate leadership abilities to recruit, build and retrain top performing employees. Tenacious in building new business , securing relationships with internal and external business partners    

Will Schwarb has 4 years of experience in IT leadership in   the automotive and retail fields. He is currently the supervisor of the IT Service Desk at Volkswagen Group of America.
